What Should You Look For? When choosing a tea you'll want to make sure the infusion contains , "Ilex Paraguayensis". Make sure it's of high quality because there can be a big difference. Make sure the tea does not contain, Gotu-Kola (Centella asiatica), Guarana (Paulinia cupana), Green Tea (Camellia sinensis), Cola Nut (Cola acuminate) , Ma Huang, or Ephedra.
oodja Meditation Tea Infusion
We do have a tea infusion called oodja available for the users of this site, we have used and recommended this tea with excellent result. Usually (10 - 12 infusions) is enough to get people started in the right direction. Once you are able to clear your mind you'll probably want to use the tea on an occasional basis to help you go deeper into the state, or to explore other mind expanding techniques effectively.
Ingredients: Ilex Paraguayensis, Ginko biloba, and trace amounts (less than 5% of total mixture) of: peppermint leaf, chamamile flower, catnip flower, strawberry leaf, linden leaf & flower, passion flower herb, skull cap, licorice root, valerian root & natural flavor.
How much should you use?
The average amount is one tablespoon. How much you will need is dependent on factors such as, weight, diet, and use of caffeine. Start off with one tablespoon and add or subtract from there. If you have a very healthy diet and lifestyle, start with one half tablespoon.
