Concentration & Focus

The one basic requirement for all meditation techniques is the ability to clear the mind. The "Concentration & Focus" audio tape will assist you in developing this skill very quickly. The tape should be used at least twice a day (morning & evening) and should always be used with headphones. "Concentration & Focus" is divided into six progressive levels (there is a 1 minute pause between each level), each designed to challenge & expand your mental ability. When you first start using the tape you'll probably find that you end up falling asleep. If you do, don't worry about it your mind will become strong with practice.

INSTRUCTIONS: When you listen to the tape you will hear tiny repetitive synapses. As you hear these, begin to count (in your mind) keeping track of exactly how many you hear. Visualize the numbers in your mind (at the third eye point). This will seem very easy at first but your mind will quickly become restless and begin to wonder. Most people use only about 10% of their mental potential, keep this in mind when you're using the tape and know that the end result will be a strong powerful mind. The tape is only 15 minutes long and should be listened to completely every time you use it, even if you lose track of the synapses (if this happens just complete the level the best you can).

It's very important that you keep a record of your totals after each 15 minute session. It's also very important that you progress with each use (don't let your mind get lazy). Once you can consistently end up with the same total number for each of the (3 levels), you can proceed to (levels 4-6). To begin (levels 4-6) start with the total number (from each level) and count backwards to (0). *Use the total from level 1 to begin level 4. *Use the total from level 2 to begin level 5. *Use the total from level 3 to begin level 6. These instructions may be a little hard to understand at first but once you use the tape a few times they should become clear. Once you complete all 6 levels, you should easily be able to relax, clear your mind of all thoughts, and enter deep theta without falling asleep.
