"I have had hundreds of massages, consider myself a massage connoiseur, and am a massage therapist myself. Kristi's massage is definitely among one of the very best. Her massage is intuitive, relaxing and knowledgeably tailored to your specific needs. The surroundings are beautiful, peaceful, serene and inviting, and no detail, need or request is overlooked. I tried floating for the first time at Zen Blend which was one of the most meditative, relaxing experiences I've ever had. Combining floating with a hot stone massage is incredible. Zen Blend gift certificates are one of my favorite gifts to give -- and receive. Creative and affordable packages are offered, and I recommend any of the services without reservation."

"All I have to say is wow! Zen blend is the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and there is no other place in Austin that offers this level of one on one care and attention. My wife and I had been interested in finding a floatation tank and this is the only place in Austin that I'm aware of that has one. They were having a special so we each spent an hour floating and an hour getting a massage and it was by far one of the best and most relaxing experiences I've ever had. Kristi is a professional at massage and the hot stones made me feel like I was butter melting beneath it. By the time I left I was floating in a haze of bliss and enlightenment. Afterwards we drank tea and had chocolates to round out one of the most perfect evenings. For anyone who has never floated before this is definitely something to try and with underwater speakers and complete darkness who knows what you'll find in the hour you spend with yourself. Overall I highly recommend this to everyone, its a wonderful gift and one of a kind experience."

" I normally would not take the time to write a review on an experience unless it was something extraordinary. I came to Zen Blend, very sceptical, that this would be just another avenue to try and relieve the stress and tension I experience. I signed up for a one hour float (tank) and one hour massage and left with the most relaxing sensation I have felt in many years. I have since been back for more. I have visited many massage facilities, including Lake Austin Spa, and I will give up any of those sessions to experience a session with Kristi at Zen Blend. I highly recommend giving Kristin one hour of your time. You will not regret it and I am sure you will return. "

"Kristi has a great touch, making you feel like her hands are really listening to your body, rather than just going through the motions. The setting is very peaceful; I loved the decor like the candles and the beautiful fish tank. I especially enjoyed the high ceilings and largeness of the room (in some spas you feel kind of cramped in one of their small, low-ceilinged, exam-like rooms); this is the luxury of Zen Blend's private, renovated space. The float tank is top notch (I used to go to a float center in Chicago all the time, which had the same model tank); I like the option of having music on or off (you can bring your own music or choose from the available Zen recordings), and the room gives you plenty of space to relax and get undressed before you go in. I recommend this to everyone!"

"I have been going here for 5 years now. I drove from Killeen until we moved to Austin a couple years ago. I suffer from severe migraines, and one of the only thing that has given me any relief is a massage at ZenBlend. I have had massages at 5 star resorts, and they do NOT compare to ZenBlend. I will not go anywhere else for a massage. The environment is so comfortable and relaxing. The massage is absolutely therapeutic and a renewing, healing experience. I always tell ZenBlend that it would not matter if they charged $1000.00 per massage - I would pay it and not blink an eye because of the true gift that Kristi has. The service is very personalized - she always asks what is hurting you or giving you trouble the most, so she can give some extra attention to that area. When we moved to Austin, we even centered our home search around the fact that we wanted to be close to ZenBlend. Now we live a few streets away! Whether you are a first timer, or have gotten dozens of massages, I guarentee you will find no place better than ZenBlend. They have changed my life for the better and I am feeling much more healthy.
