Lucid Dreaming
We highly recommend that you use the Mind-Matrix technique for 3 to 4 weeks before progressing to this or any other section on this site. You'll have very little success unless you can clear you mind.
The term lucid dreaming refers to becoming conscious in your dreams. When you become conscious while you are asleep and dreaming it's like waking up in another world, a world in which you can do and experience anything you desire. This section will not get into the scientific proof and examples of technique after technique for having lucid dreams. This section focuses on one technique that works for everyone, if they have enough mental energy.
You don't need a book full of techniques and you don't need any of the latest gimmick products available. If you've ever had a lucid dream you know it takes a great deal of mental effort to stay lucid and function in the dream state. This is the reason it becomes easier over time, the more lucid dreams you have the stronger your mental energy becomes and the easier it is to have lucid dreams (it becomes a very enjoyable way to increase you mental energy).
Use the Mind-Matrix technique to clear your mind, allowing you to have enough mental energy and having lucid dreams will become a natural part of your mental explorations.
We have included a link below that will give you more than enough technical information about lucid dreaming. Once you understand the basic priciples, remember these simple statements. As you are falling asleep, always clear your mind using Mind Matrix. Once your mind is clear keep your mind focused on one thing only, "I will remember that I am dreaming". Keep a dream journal and write down everything you can remember from your dreams (every time you wake up). Your success will come from your ability to keep the single minded focus as you fall asleep. If you find yourself unable to keep this single minded focus you may want to try a tea infusion.
